Refund policy
Please note that all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if items arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery being delivered, including photos of the damage or defect.
Please note that all returned items must be unwashed and in their original condition, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products, photo-customized products, or gift cards.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor color variations.
Returns are strictly limited to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
As items are dispatched directly from our international distribution centres, we are unable to accept any unauthorized or unsolicited returns sent to our registered store address without prior approval.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before shipping the item. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
